Minimal preparation, faster scanning
HYPERSCAN does not require reference markers to be applied to the component. The optical tracking system determines the position of the scanner in real time, allowing large and complex parts to be inspected continuously without unnecessary interruptions.
Wireless scanning
The Wireless Scanning Module combines Wi-Fi connectivity with battery-powered operation to provide unrestricted freedom of movement. Operators can move freely around large components without cables or a fixed workstation.
Reliable measurement in motion
Real-time dynamic tracking continuously compensates for movement of the component or operator. This enables accurate data capture in active production environments and unstable measurement setups.
Multi-mode scanning
Standard, Fine, Line, Edge Detection and Hole Flash Capture modes allow the system to adapt to the surface, geometry and required level of detail without changing equipment.
